• Please call 707-725-9355 from your car when you arrive and we will call you to come in when your room is ready

• Masks must be worn by adults and children over 3 years old at all times while inside the clinic

• After your appointment (and appropriate sticker choosing) please exit the building. Any billing questions or follow up appointments may be completed by phone.
